Commercial VRF Air Conditioning Installation — Welham Green, Hertfordshire
Apolo Heating & Cooling designed, supplied and installed a complete Mitsubishi Electric VRF heat-recovery air conditioning system for a 500m² office, showroom and canteen area within a 28,500 sq. ft. commercial unit in Welham Green.
The system provides independently controlled heating and cooling across the different areas from a single outdoor unit, with centralised control for the building-management team.

The Work:
Our team managed the complete installation from system design through to final commissioning. Careful planning was required to provide suitable climate control for spaces with different heating and cooling demands, including offices, a showroom and a higher-occupancy canteen.
Twelve indoor units of varying capacities were selected and positioned according to the size and use of each area. The indoor units were connected to a central BC controller, allowing the heat-recovery system to provide heating and cooling in different areas as required.
Nine wired controllers provide convenient local temperature adjustment, while the AE-C400E centralised controller gives building management oversight and control of the complete installation from a single interface.
The work included installing the outdoor and indoor units, BC controller, refrigerant pipework, fittings, insulation, condensate drainage, electrical connections, control cabling, supports and fixings. The complete system was pressure-tested, evacuated, configured and commissioned upon completion.

A fully commissioned and centrally managed VRF system providing reliable, energy-efficient heating and cooling throughout the office, showroom and canteen areas.
Each part of the building can be controlled according to its individual usage and comfort requirements, while the central controller provides straightforward building-wide management. The completed installation delivers flexible year-round climate control across a large commercial site.
Commercial Boiler Replacement — Large Residential Property, Chesham
Apolo Heating & Cooling supplied and installed a Worcester Bosch Condens 7000WP 100kW commercial condensing boiler at a large residential property in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.
The new boiler and dedicated pump unit replaced an ageing heating appliance. A BoilerMag XL commercial magnetic filter was also installed to protect the new equipment and improve the long-term reliability of the heating system.

The Work:
Our team removed the ageing boiler and prepared the existing heating system for the new commercial installation. The 100kW Worcester Bosch Condens 7000WP boiler was installed with its dedicated pump unit, with the surrounding pipework adapted to meet the heating requirements of the property.
A BoilerMag XL commercial magnetic filter was incorporated into the system to capture circulating magnetite and other heating debris. This helps protect the boiler and pump, maintain system performance and reduce the risk of future damage caused by contamination.

The Work:
Our team installed two independent heat-recovery VRF systems serving all five floors of the office building. The systems were divided across the property to provide greater flexibility and resilience while allowing individual areas to operate independently.
Twenty concealed indoor units were installed throughout the office spaces, providing effective climate control without compromising the appearance of the interior fit-out. Each system was connected through its own branch controller, enabling simultaneous heating and cooling in different areas of the building.
Local wired controllers allow occupants to adjust individual zones, while the AE-C400E centralised controller gives building management complete oversight of the installation from a single interface.

Restaurant, New Malden - Commercial Air Conditioning Installation
Apolo Heating & Cooling supplied and installed a complete 14kW three-phase air conditioning system for a restaurant in New Malden. The installation combined a ceiling cassette indoor unit with a matching outdoor condensing unit to provide effective heating and cooling within the restaurant.

Complete Heating and Plumbing Installation - Send, Surrey
Apolo Heating & Cooling completed a full heating, hot-water and plumbing installation for a large residential property on Boughton Hall Avenue in Send, Surrey. The project included a 35kW Vaillant ecoFIT boiler, a 300-litre Vaillant hot-water cylinder, approximately 160m² of ground-floor underfloor heating, cast-iron radiators on the first floor and plumbing services for four bathrooms.

Approximately 160m² of underfloor heating was installed across the ground floor and divided into separate zones for comfortable and efficient temperature control. Traditional cast-iron radiators were fitted throughout the first floor to complement the character of the property.
The underfloor heating, radiators and hot-water system were integrated with Heatmiser smart controls, allowing the homeowner to adjust temperatures and heating schedules remotely using the mobile app. The complete system was tested, balanced and commissioned upon completion.
